1. Overview

At UmaMahesh Organic, we take great care in delivering high-quality organic products. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Organic fertilizers, compost, bio inputs & soil products
• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product
• The package was tampered with during transit

4. Return Request Timeline

Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
